Rated capacity

After charging the battery according to the standard and leaving it idle for 1 - 5 hours, place it in a standard environment and discharge it with a current of 0.2C  (A) until the specified end voltage or battery protection occurs, and calculate the actual capacity of the battery. The test can be repeated five times, and within the five tests, calculate the actual capacity of the battery.

After the test, the actual capacity of the battery is not less than 11Ah.

Low-temperature capacity

After the battery is charged according to the standard, place it in different low - temperature environments for 8 hours, and then discharge it in the low - temperature environment with a current of 0.2C(A) until the specified end - of - discharge voltage or battery protection occurs, and calculate the actual capacity of the battery.

After the test, the discharge capacity at different temperatures satisfies: > 75% of the rated capacity when T = 0℃; > 60% of the rated capacity when T = -10℃; > 40% of the rated capacity when T = -20℃; The capacity at -20℃ is for reference only, and the temperature setting error should not exceed ±3℃.

High-temperature capacity

After the battery is charged according to the standard, place it in different high - temperature environments for 8 hours, and then discharge it in the high - temperature environment with a current of 0.2C (A) until the specified end - of - discharge voltage or battery protection is reached. Calculate the actual capacity of the battery.

After the test, the discharge capacity at different temperatures satisfies: > 92% of the rated capacity when T = 40°C; > 90% of the rated capacity when T = 50°C; > 88% of the rated capacity when T = 60°C. The capacity at 60°C is for reference only, and the temperature setting error should not exceed ±3°C.。

Charge Retention Capability

The battery is charged according to the standard, left on standby with the output turned off for 30 days, then discharged at a current of 0.2C (A) to the specified final voltage or until battery protection is activated, and the discharge capacity is calculated.

After the test, the discharge capacity shall not be lower than 90% of the rated capacity

Cycle life

The battery is charged according to the standard, discharged at a current of 0.2C (A) to the specified end voltage of the battery, and continuously cycled in a standard environment. The interval between charging and discharging is not less than 30 minutes. When the discharge capacity of the battery is continuously lower than 75% of the rated capacity for three times, the test is stopped. Record the discharge capacity of the previous time before the continuous three times of being lower than 75% of the rated capacity.

After the test, the cycle life shall be not less than 300 times. The discharge capacity at the 100th time shall be not less than 85% of the rated capacity, and the discharge capacity at the 300th time shall be not less than 75% of the rated capacity
